This is a fully bulk billing practice, meaning there is no out of pocket fee for Medicare card holders.
The practice has appointments available from Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 1:00pm. Short appointments of 15 minute are for a single issue and long appointments of 30 minutes are for more than one issue or for more complex issues. Phone appointments are available for simple issues like for script repeats. Bookings can be made online or by phoning reception on 6655 2626.
Are available for vaccinations, wound care, health checks, iron infusions, injections, blood pressure checks, ECGs, spirometry, cervical screening (self collect) are available Tuesdays to Friday
We have several appointments set aside for on the day with each doctor for urgent problems. Please phone on the day to access these and let reception know it is urgent. Infants and children under the age of 3 will always be seen on the day when requested for urgent matters.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify reception as soon as possible so your appointment place can be given to another patient in need. Not attending your appointment without cancelling prior, or cancelling less than 4 hours prior may incur a $50 cancellation fee, to be paid before any further appointments can be made. Again, we do not want to create barriers to accessing care so we will do all we can to avoid this, however repeated cancellations or non-attendances make it very difficult to run a bulk billing medical practice.
